As the mother of a Border Patrol Agent, I have lost many hours of sleep. I see my son frustrated on a daily basis!!!! I'm not allowed to tell you but a few things that have happened. Some of these "rock throwers" run off and leave little children and helpless individuals in the desert to die if they think they are being chased.My son and fellow agents find the lucky ones, but sometimes they come upon horrible scenes. All I can say is, it seems as though..the "wets"...(call me whatever you want to, I don't care) have more rights than the agents.

Finally. A seed where everyone thinks Russia is doing the right. They cross our border illegally, Go after them and shoot their ass.

First, the agents were assualted and defended themselves, Good Job and keep it up! My Grandparents were Legal Immigrants! Second, anyone, who crosses are borders without the proper documents are, in fact, invading us and breaking our laws and should be dealt with! Enough is enough, if we do not take care of this situation the United States will cease to exist! This is the #! issue facing America and suggest all of you tell your policitians: you want English, the official language of America, our borders secure, NO AMENESTY, fines against emploers and send them back to their home countries! I am a American, who is proud of my immigrant hertitage but I am American first as my father and grandfather is and was before me! Hell, they march down the street flying their home countries flag, my grandparents would never have done that! Nobody in my town would have and my town was 50% Legal immigrants! LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigrants are night and day and the majority of Legal immigrants feel the same way as I do!

How are we going to pay for the great wall of America? Well, here are a couple ideas I've been tossing around. Latch key babies... ... ... does anyone know what the cost of having a child in a hospital is? $10, 0000+ and how many are born here EVERY day? What about the thousands and thousands that cost us for those in our prison system daily? Oh, what about the general welfare that they receive for food and housing. I know our family spends $344.00 monthly for our medical and dental coverage... ... ...what do you think that may add up to for all those illegals that get it free?

I just recently learned here in Oregon we have 3 schools that are for immigrant farm workers. Do you know what they receive?! FREE daycare, meals, education, medical, and dental! Our lovely government is trying to put a fourth one in but, the people in Mulino found out about it at their town hall meeting and are fighting them!! Basically because one couple located across from the property they are trying to build it on found out and were extremely worried about what it may do to their property value. I don't know why anyone would worry about that! This is even going on when their own grade school needs so many updates and has lack of funding?!!!!

I have been thinking, now that is a bad thing or so my husband says. Why don't we move the border 5 miles inside of our border and than when we catch these guys they are on our soil breaking our laws and not under the mexican law any more and we can then do what our laws say. Yea right and I am Queen. I think we need a fence or wall, it has to stop and I don't think moving the out sourcing back to mexico will help for they know if they come here they get free stuff, medical, food, to drive without insurance and to steal ID's, to own a home and so on. Keep up the good work Border Patrol Agents--you should not be assaulted with rocks for doing your job. We don't need that type of trouble maker here. Living where I live in a large city, there's just way too many people here. It doesn't really matter what country they come from or whether they are legal or illegal, the USA cannot sustain it's resources, etc. with the population growth. Illegals should not be granted amnesty, and legal immigration needs to be reduced and restricted to skilled and educated individuals who contribute to and don't drain the system. No other country would allow itself and its laws to be disrespected so much and for so long. It's too crowded here.

Sandy, there an estimated 40,000 Canadians who come to this country illegally every year. They are college-educated people working professional jobs with firms who provide health care. They speak the same language as we do, have a similar culture, and understand that if they make children, they pay for them. Contrast them with an estimated 800,00 to one million Mexicans who have little or no education, few if any skills, no English and no desire to learn--and who breed like flies and expect everyone else to pay for for it. If the only difference you can see between these two groups is the color of their skin, then who is the racist?

Whether you like it or not, they will continue being our southern neighbor, and one of our top trading partners. As Mexico continues its rise, we would be better served by developing a relationship based on mutual respect rather than mutual despise and/or violence.

Yes he was having rocks thrown at him so he decides to take a gun and shoot a person. Why did he just not get a machine gun and start killing everyone. If the Mexican gov were so concerned, They would do something about it, instead of condeming our agent for protecting himself.
